ApexEdge provides digital products only. No physical items are shipped.

1. Delivery Method

After successful payment, access to the purchased product will be provided via email or through platform-based access (such as TradingView invite or account access).

2. Delivery Time

Access is typically granted within a few minutes to a few hours after payment confirmation. In some cases, it may take up to 24 hours.

3. Delivery Issues

4. Incorrect Information

Customers are responsible for providing correct email and account details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
